Dimora Ulivi

Set in the heart of Salento’s Mediterranean scrub and overlooking lush vineyards, Ulivi is the largest and most independent residence at Dimore Ceddhe, designed for guests who value space, privacy, and tranquility.

At the center of the home, a large 30-square-meter kitchen and the living room feature elegant barrel-vaulted ceilings. Glass-covered floor openings reveal two tanks from the ancient parmento, preserving a piece of local winemaking history. On the living room wall, the original niche where the wine press once stood is still visible, a tribute to the region’s tradition.

The bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and optional independent access, ensure maximum privacy. All furnishings are handcrafted by a local master shipwright from Gallipoli, adding authenticity, warmth, and character.

Outside, a covered veranda sheltered from the scirocco wind by a dry-stone corner wall features a stone barbecue, oven, and outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals surrounded by the colors and scents of the Mediterranean scrub.
